Future of Business Collaboration

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Richard is responsible for product and solutions marketing for Avaya’s Unified Communications portfolio. Richard joined Lucent Technologies in May 1997 and was part of the spin-off of the Enterprise division that became Avaya. During his time with the company he’s held numerous roles in sales support, product management and product marketing across EMEA with a focus on Medium-Large Enterprises.Prior to joining Avaya Richard held a number of management and engineering roles spanning 10 year period at Tie Communications UK Ltd. Primary focus being the UK and the Small-Medium-Enterprise market. He also spent 4 years working in the international banking sector providing dealing room support.
