Brian Atkinson is Head of Collaboration & Customer Experience Solutions for UK & Ireland. Mr. Atkinson is responsible for the sales, while ensuring strategies for marketing, partner development, go to market and customer success are built and executed. He is passionate about Cisco’s ability to help companies realize the benefits of connecting the unconnected. If you truly can connect everything, and innovate everywhere, and with a low effort Customer Experience Strategy in place, businesses and organizations can forge deeper, proactive and more loyal relationships with their customers. Holding Net Promoter (NPS) Certification and being a Certified Customer Experience Expert (CCXP) gives a balanced perspective to his role. Additionally, Mr. Atkinson is closely involved with the Cisco Business Units helping shape and define Collaboration and Customer Experience solutions for the UK and Irish markets.

Previously, Mr. Atkinson was responsible for TelePresence and Digital Media sales at Cisco. This included working with Cisco sales and partner organizations responsible for taking Digital Media Solutions to market in Europe. Prior to this, Mr. Atkinson spent 8 years in Cisco Sales for IP Telephony and Contact Centre sales in US markets.

Before joining Cisco in July 2000, Mr. Atkinson received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Wichita State University in the US.
