How much does it cost?
Entrance to UC EXPO is FREE but if you don't register before 19:00 on 18th April 2016, there is an administration fee of £35 payable.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, which can be downloaded free here. The app enables you to plan your day in advance by bookmarking seminars. You can interact with speakers, view the event floorplan, network with fellow delegates and much more.
How do I obtain a visa letter?
Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

Can I register for more than one person at a time?
Yes, at the final step of registering you are able to add your colleagues.
I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition, how do I register?
Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at UC EXPO and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.
The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs and tables and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

When will I receive my badge?
Badges, event previews and seminar programmes will be sent out from early April 2016. Badges can also be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) on arrival at the event.
What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?
In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

How can I book a seminar or keynote session?
The seminar and keynote sessions are FREE to attend and seating is based on a first come first served basis.
Is there somewhere to leave coats and luggage?
Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings. It is located in the foyer.
