  • What makes UC EXPO the ONE place to be?

    It’s the ONLY European Unified Communications and Collaboration event that brings everything together under one roof. All the key players, all the information across the entire technology stack, all the key product launches, demos, solutions and educational seminars.

  • I’m busy. Why should I take a day out of the office for a unified communications event?

    It’s a great investment of time because UC EXPO brings together vendors, the channel and end users alike. It provides the perfect networking opportunity as well as concentrating the expertise of exhibitors so you can use this one event to get all the insights you need to stay competitive – quickly and efficiently.

  • Will this actually help my business?

    Absolutely! Everything at our event is dedicated to delivering real commercial advantage. The insights, information and contacts you gain during your visit will quickly become productive assets after you leave.

  • How much does it cost?

    Entrance to UC EXPO is FREE but if you don't register before 19:00 on 16th May 2017, there is an administration fee of £35 payable.

  • Do you have a mobile app?

    Yes, the mobile app will be available to download shorty. The app will enable you to plan your day in advance by bookmarking seminars. You will also be able to interact with speakers, view the event floorplan, network with fellow delegates and much more.

  • How do I obtain a visa letter?

    Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

  • I need a hotel, where should I stay locally to the event?

    A guide to local hotels with negotiated rates will be published shortly.

  • Where is UC EXPO located?

    UC EXPO 2017 takes place on 17-18 May 2017 at ExCeL London. For travel information click here.

  • What are the event opening times?

    Wednesday 17 May 2017: 9.30am - 5.00pm
    Thursday 18 May 2017: 9.30am - 4.30pm

  • Can I register for more than one person at a time?

    Yes, at the final step of registering you are able to add your colleagues.

  • I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition, how do I register?

    Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at UC EXPO and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.

    The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs and tables and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

  • Badges

  • When will I receive my badge?

    Badges will be mailed out two weeks before the event. Badges can also be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) on arrival at the event.

  • What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?

    In the rare circumstance that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.
