Lync 2010 Mobility and the Microsoft UC User Group London

The Microsoft UC User Group London (MUCUGL) is a quarterly run community event for Microsoft UC Pros aimed at helping Microsoft UC Pros network and learn more about Microsoft Lync and related technologies. MUCUGL was founded in April 2011 by Adam Jacobs, Justin Morris and Tom Arbuthnot. In this session Adam, Justin and Tom will speak about the newly introduced Lync Mobility capability, focussing on how it works, deployment tips and best practice.

Adam Jacobs has worked within the IT industry for over 15 years, recently joining Polycom as a Microsoft UC Solutions Architect. He runs a UC Blog (I’m a UC Blog), has written articles for Microsoft TechNet, participated as a speaker at various technology events and is a Microsoft MVP for Lync.

Tom Arbuthnot
(Microsoft Lync MVP)

Tom Arbuthnot is a consultant at Modality Systems, covering all aspects of Microsoft Unified Communications. As a Microsoft Lync MVP, Tom is actively involved in the Lync community, both online with the Lync'd Up Blog, Technet Forums and Twitter, and offline as a founding member of the Microsoft UC User Group London.

Justin Morris
(Consultant for Modality Systems)

Justin Morris has worked with Microsoft UC since the Live Communications Server 2005 era, designing and deploying environments for customers of up to 20,000 seats in Australia and the UK. He works as a Consultant for Modality Systems, runs a UC blog (Justin Morris on UC) and is active in the IT Pro community.
