A graduate in Media Technology from the University of Teesside; Steve has worked in the telecoms space for some 20 years. During that time he has worked with BT, Vodafone, Siemens (GPT) and Marconi to name a few. Steve started his career at TeleWare in 2002 as the Business Development Director and was appointed as CEO in 2007.
With a focus on innovation, Steve understands the importance and impact that communications technology can have on business. Terry has been in the communications business for 31 years, and started in Mitel in 1987 as a technical engineer on digital telephony products, and spent 15 years in Marketing helping to develop SIP and IP Telephony to SMB and Enterprise Business markets, and today is UK Cloud Business Development Manager for private, public and partner-build communications solutions.
Worldwide Director for Skype for Business Microsoft
Tiffany Wissner is the senior director of product marketing for Microsoft Skype for Business, both on-premises and in the cloud as part of Office 365. She joined Microsoft Corp. in 2001 and has worked in marketing in both the corporate office as well as the U.S. subsidiary. During her four years in the U.S. subsidiary, she drove product marketing and business management for Microsoft Office including audience, campaign and partner marketing. She joined the Data Platform product marketing team in 2008 and led the corporate product marketing team for SQL Server and our database and big data cloud services for nine years. During this time, she launched four releases of SQL Server including SQL Server 2016 and the announcement and preview of SQL Server on Linux, launched multiple cloud services and managed ongoing releases for the Azure data services.
Prior to Microsoft, Tiffany worked at Accenture for four years in systems integration and consulting before leaving to pursue her MBA at Harvard Business School. Post business school, she worked in corporate finance at Banc of America Securities and in product marketing for a start-up in San Francisco. Tiffany holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Tim Stone joined Polycom in January 2013 as vice president of Marketing for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). In this role, Stone is responsible for the overall Marketing strategy and execution in the region. He is charged with developing the brand and demand and as such responsible for all marketing activities, including product marketing, partner marketing, vertical marketing, strategic marketing and marketing communications programmes.
Tim has over 16 years’ experience in leadership marketing, product management, strategy and business development in the UC &C industry. Previously the Marketing Director for Collaboration at Cisco Systems, EMEA he also held senior roles at Lucent technologies and SDX Business Systems. Tim is recognised as a leader in B2B marketing, and respected ‘voice’ in collaboration technologies in Europe.

Tom Arbuthnot is a specialist Unified Communications Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Master and MVP, with a number of years’ experience in the field working with many companies across different verticals on global UC projects.
He spent 5 years working for a Cisco UC specialist, before moving to Modality Systems to focus on the Microsoft UC offering. He has been involved in all aspects of UC projects from presales, scoping and design, through to deployment, support and user adoption.
He is heavily involved in the UC community, regularly blogging at tomtalks.uk, co-running the Microsoft UC User Group London (mucugl.co.uk) and speaking at many user groups and global events such as Microsoft Lync Conference, TechEd and Ignite. He is a contributing author to Microsoft Lync Server 2013 Unleashed, and a regular on the popular The UC Architects podcast.
