Gregg Widdowson is a digital engagement lead specialising in the area of Customer Engagement strategy and solutions. In this role Gregg is responsible for providing insight into key customer service trends and digital transformation for strategic customers and Avaya’s business partners. Gregg has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecoms industry and has held a number of positions within Avaya including UK Contact Centre Consulting Systems Engineer and EMEA Contact Centre Practice Leader for Avaya Professional Services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Bristol.
