Gregg Widdowson is the Customer Experience Solution Sales Leader for the UK and Ireland specialising in the area of Digital Customer Engagement strategy and solutions. Gregg has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecoms industry and has held a number of positions within Avaya including UK Enterprise Sales Engineering Manager, Contact Centre Consulting Systems Engineer and EMEA Contact Centre Practice Leader for Avaya Professional Services.
