Digital Transformation with Teeth: Combining Change Management and Technology

Technology is critical to enabling a connected, collaborative organization, but by focusing on technology alone you’ll only get so far. Managing the change well and engaging with employees is the critical success factor. In this Keynote, Google Cloud’s Kim Wylie — who leads Google’s International Customer Change and Culture team — will share her insights for building a culture where knowledge is a shared resource and employees act like owners. She will also discuss the psychology of change: why so many employees struggle to adopt new technologies and processes, how leaders can effectively inspire new ways of working, and the role of teamwork and culture in bringing collaboration to life.
