Erwin-Paul is working for 18 years in the Customer Journey Solutions area at Cisco in an EMEAR focused team in different roles. At the beginning he has been running the Partner Program to acquire new and develop existing Partners to drive Customer Collaboration business for Cisco. The last 11 years he has been working as Sales Specialist and Sales Manager. During this period he has seen the Partner landscape and the market change due to the evolution of technology and markets but also due to changes in the economy.
In his current role he is responsible for Customer Journey Solutions throughout EMEAR but he is still engaged in multiple large opportunities. This makes that he has a good view on what is happening in the market and the changes that companies will have to make in the near future with regards to customer experience.
Before Cisco Erwin-Paul worked as Business Owner, Business Manager and Senior Account Manager for different companies in the IT area in the Netherlands.
