After his engineering Apprenticeship at BT, James went on to lead Field Operations teams and supported Business Transformation Programmes before working as a System Integration Specialist. Pulling together this wide range of experience, James became a Senior Network Designer, working with large enterprises to design their Skype for Business integrations. In 2017, he became a Systems Engineer at Luware; a leading provider of service platforms based on Microsoft Unified Communications Technologies. Luware’s portfolio includes solutions for Contact Centres, Team-ACD and Webchat
