Jeremy DuPont is an Analyst with Wainhouse Research covering Unified Communications and Conferencing (UC&C).  Jeremy specializes in UC as a service (UCaaS), Cloud Contact Center and Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS).  Bringing a unique, experience-driven perspective from the service provider and enterprise end user viewpoints, Jeremy brings tremendous knowledge to client consulting projects - specifically (but not limited to) strategic UC services planning, custom customer/market research, and sales enablement.

Jeremy brings over twenty years of industry experience to WR, which includes product management roles at Voyant, Genesys Conferencing, and, most recently, Level3 Communications.  He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.S.B.A in Marketing and an MBA focusing on Technology Innovation Management.  Jeremy is based in Denver Colorado from where he serves WR clients globally.
