Vasili Triant serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Customer Journey Business Unit.

Prior to joining Cisco, Vasili Triant was the Chief Executive Officer of Serenova, a Cloud Contact Center as a Service company in Austin, Texas. He was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the company, including the major shift from Cloud Software in its own DC’s to a AWS based re-written software platform named CxEngage that remains its flagship product today. Under his leadership, Serenova capitalized on the cloud, social and mobile revolutions to transform customer service interactions.

Prior to Serenova, Vasili was the CEO of LiveOps, a CCaaS company and also a BPO. In his role there, he led the strategic shift to separate the two business units and create two entities, one of which Serenova was created and divested to Private Equity. Vasili was responsible for SaaS growth of 35% CAGR and a leadership position in the At-Home BPO market. In his previous role at LiveOps, Vasili served as Senior Vice President of Cloud Applications Sales where he drove more than 50 percent average annual growth of the Cloud Platform business.

Earlier in his career, Vasili spent nearly a decade at the helm of the ShoreTel Asia Pacific Sales and Contact Center Practice. Vasili also founded and led EvVolv Technologies, a successful IP telephony solutions provider that designed and implemented solutions around the Cisco, Mitel and ShoreTel platforms. Before EvVolv Technologies, Vasili served as the Director of Sales at a server-based IP PBX company,, which designed state-of-the-art speech-enabled UC solutions.

Vasili brings tremendous experience to Cisco as a nearly 20-year customer service and telecommunications veteran.

Vasili resides in Austin, Texas with his wife, Erin, and blended family of eight kids. He volunteers with the Lake Travis Youth Sports Association where he is a Board Member and has coached football and baseball for the past six years. Vasili has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
