Worked for a leading consulting firm (Accenture) for 9years delivering Contact Centre transformation projects across various industry verticals, (Utilities, travel, Banking). Moved on to work for a Service provider (Vodafone) developing contact centre products to target the SME Market. Current role is to lead technology innovation within the Bupa contact centre across all contact channels.
