Dave has a deep understanding of the contact centre and customer interaction market from both angles, business and technology.

During his career, Dave Ogden worked for Aspect Software, a company focusing on call centre technology and customer experience, where he helped the EA team growing the business across these regions.

Dave spent 10 years in a variety of financial services organisations, where he covered areas like Data Intelligence, Operations and Customer Interactions.

His understanding of international markets and its challenges is combined with his awareness of new technology trends and changing customer expectations.

Dave believes that the power of a team provide customers with the support they need to grow, expand and prosper.
